Just around the corner from the Arniston Spa Hotel is our Manor House, a bespoke thatched-roof lodge built in 1996, offering you privacy and comfort in a peaceful setting.
It is mere few hundred metres from the ocean and the hotel. The thatched roof adds natural charm and insulation, keeping the space cool in summer, warm in winter, and creating an authentic lodge atmosphere. The Manor House is really a home away from home.

Booking terms and conditions
Prepayments and Deposits
- Arniston Spa Hotel requires a 100% prepayment prior to arrival
- Prepayments made by bank deposit are required in full at least 21 days prior to arrival
- Authorisation may be given for the hotel to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards
- The hotel issues confirmation of reservations on receipt of a deposit
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 21 days of arrival
- If a booking is cancelled more than 21 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged
- Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departures are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room
- All refunds are subject to R300.00 administration fee
