Our Manor House has two room types from which to choose, both are luxurious, comfortable and private. You will share a wonderful large communal lounge with a fireplace and 20-channel DStv. We also have a comfortable bar area upstairs where you can relax with a drink from our 'honesty' bar and watch TV. Our outdoor communal area offers barbecue facilities with tables and chairs where you can relax or dine.

We can also organise a private chef that will come over and cook for you, particularly if you are there as a group. This will be at an additional cost.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and free Wi-Fi. There are tea and coffee making facilities in every room. A delicious buffet breakfast is included with every stay.

There are tea and coffee making facilities, an electric blanket for those chilly months, 20-channel DStv and free WiFi. Some Superior Rooms are big enough to accommodate extra beds. Please enquire. Your stay includes the famous Arniston Spa Hotel delicious buffet breakfast.

Prepayments and Deposits

  • Arniston Spa Hotel requires a 100% prepayment prior to arrival
  • Prepayments made by bank deposit are required in full at least 21 days prior to arrival
  • Authorisation may be given for the hotel to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards
  • The hotel issues confirmation of reservations on receipt of a deposit

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 21 days of arrival
  • If a booking is cancelled more than 21 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged
  • Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departures are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room
  • All refunds are subject to R300.00 administration fee
