Booking terms and conditions

  • Free Wi-Fi for hotel guests
  • Rates are per person, per night
  • All rates include a full breakfast buffet
  • Rates are quoted in South African Rands
  • All rates include 15% VAT
  • Rates subject to change without prior notice
  • Unfortunately no pets can be accommodated

Prepayments and Deposits

  • Full prepayment by bank deposit is required 21 days prior to arrival
  • Authorisation may be given for the hotel to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards
  • The hotel issues confirmation of reservations on receipt of a deposit

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 10 days of arrival
  • If a booking is cancelled more than 10 days before your arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged by Arniston Spa Hotel on paid deposits
  • Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departures are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room
  • All refunds are subject to R300 administration fee
