Arniston Spa Hotel has 7 room types from which to choose, all of them luxurious, comfortable and fitted to suit your needs. We offer the very best accommodation in the beautiful seaside village of Arniston. We have double rooms as well as family rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Most of our rooms have private balconies overlooking the ocean or the swimming pool. We offer 20-channel DStv as well as free Wi-Fi. There is a minibar and tea- and coffee-making facilities in every room. A delicious buffet breakfast is included in your room price.

Booking terms and conditions
Prepayments and Deposits
- Arniston Spa Hotel requires a 100% prepayment prior to arrival
- Prepayments made by bank deposit are required in full at least 21 days prior to arrival
- Authorisation may be given for the hotel to deduct a deposit from recognised credit cards
- The hotel issues confirmation of reservations on receipt of a deposit
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits / prepayments are not refundable for cancellations within 21 days of arrival
- If a booking is cancelled more than 21 days before your arrival date, you will not be charged
- Refunds on deposits for other bookings or premature departures are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room
Luxury Sea Facing
Enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Arniston in one of our Luxury Sea Facing Rooms. Tastefully furnished with everything you may need with a private balcony overlooking the endless ocean. The rooms have a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath.
Room numbers 100, 107, 111, 200, 207 & 211 have a relaxed larger lounge area and on request, we can install up to two extra beds, to accommodate children.

Ground Floor Luxury Sea Facing
Our Ground Floor Luxury Sea Facing Rooms are furnished with a comfortable lounge area and a private balcony with easy access to Hotel Beach and views of the ocean on your doorstep. Enjoy a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bath. Some rooms have a fireplace for those cosy winter evenings.
On request, we can install up to two extra beds in the larger lounge area of these rooms to accommodate children.

Superior Sea Facing
Our Superior Sea Facing Rooms are fitted with all the comforts of home. They are luxuriously decorated and you can just step onto your own private balcony for sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, with its beautiful sunsets and a sparkling night sky. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower as well as a bath.

Ground Floor Superior Sea Facing
Our Ground Floor Superior Sea Facing Rooms have a private balcony with quick access to Hotel Beach. You may also want to take a short stroll to Kassiesbaai or the slipway, dotted with its colourful fishing boats. These rooms have a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and bath.
On request, we can install one extra bed in these rooms, to accommodate a child.

The VIP Suite
The crème de la crème of our room types is the super luxurious VIP Suite. It is spacious and lavishly furnished. Downstairs there is a lounge and dining area in case you want to eat in or entertain. The suite has a fully stocked bar and 20-channel DStv, creating a fun entertaining area for pre-dinner drinks or a relaxed afternoon of sport viewing. There are four balconies, two pool facing and two with panoramic views of the ocean. There are also TVs in the bedroom and the TV room. The bedroom is privately situated upstairs with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Some of our Pool Facing Rooms have a separate lounge area and on request, we can install up to two extra beds to accommodate children. Some rooms have a fireplace for those cosy winter evenings.
